Birthday Parties

LFK Dance & Gym is a fantastic place to hold your child’s birthday party! We custom design each party to suit your needs. Birthday parties are run by our capable, friendly and fun staff who handle everything from running games, organising food and making sure each and every one of your party guests has the best time at your birthday party!   

PARTY PACK

When you book a party with us, we require a $100 minimum deposit to secure your party. Once your deposit has been paid we will give you a Party Pack, filled with all your party needs including:

 

  • Game suggestions

  • Party Menu options

  • Adult Catering options 

  • Outline of your party

  • Booking details

  • Invitations and RSVP list

Minimum Venue Hire:

$450

(13 children or less)

14 or more children:

$34 per child

AN ADDITIONAL 30MINS CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $90

If you intend on having 25+ guests at your party, a 2 hour booking is required.

*This cost is inclusive of all party costs outlined below.
Please note coffee tab and adult catering is an additional cost.

Sunday Party times:

10.00- 11.30am

12.00-1.30pm

Our birthday parties are run on Saturdays and Sundays with times and dates subject to availability.

What happens during a LFK Dance & Gym party at LFK?

Party Structure Example

1.5hrs:10.00-11.30am

10.00 -10.10am - Party guests arrive and free play in the gym 

10.15 -10.20am - Welcome and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

10.20 - 10.45am - Party games in the gym or upstairs dance studio 

10.45 -11.00am - Party food, sing happy birthday and cake in the downstairs party room 

11.00 - 11.25am - Free play in the gym and party games 

11.25 - 11.30am - Shoes and socks on and birthday child hands out lolly bags to guests 

11.30am - Home time! We hope that you had the best day at LFK

LFK Dance & Gym Party

LFK Dance & Gym Parties are a fabulously fun way to celebrate your child’s birthday. Your child can invite all of their friends to come join with them in the gymnasium and play on all of our amazing gymnastics equipment. We have great games to play and delicious party food to eat. You can extend your 1 hour and a half party to two hours depending on availability for an additional $90.

LFK Gymnastics Birthday Parties run for 1 ½ hours and includes:

  • Exclusive use of the whole centre for the duration of the party

  • Gymnasium full of trampolines (one is 6 meters long!), rings, bars, swings, soft shapes, beams and more…

  • Party room decorated with helium balloons and set for the party

  • 2 studios to play your 3 chosen games

  • Zero set-up or clean-up

  • The children will be looked after by 3 or more of our experienced and friendly staff

  • Bright and colourful party invitations

  • Children’s party food – your choice from our delicious menu

  • Lolly bags for every child

  • Choice of 3 games to play during the party

  • Cool up-to-date music to party to

  • All paper plates/napkins /cups/tablecloth/table decorations

  • We can set up a themed party with your provided decorations – e.g. Frozen Party, Pirate Party, pet patrol…

  • Adult guests are free

  • A Nespresso coffee machine and café is available for parents and guests to purchase refreshments during the party

  • Adult catering and party extras available.
