Established in 1990, LFK Dance & Gym was born out of a passion for dance by Tracy O’Hare. Tracy trained at the Queensland Ballet School and Company, competed in State Aerobics and Rhythmic Gymnastics at a high standard. Tracy’s credentials are evident in the poise and energy displayed by her students and 70 professional and friendly staff. This passion for dance, along with high-level Gymnastics training and a general love of kids, has seen Tracy create the wonderful program that LFK Dance & Gym now offers.

 

The emphasis is on having fun whilst maintaining discipline and encouraging children to be active both physically and socially. LFK Dance & Gym offers an opportunity for kids to experience different activities in the same safe environment, surrounded by familiar faces. LFK Dance & Gym also offers parents a social outlet with like-minded people. Many strong family friendships have been forged at LFK Dance & Gym and it is no coincidence that many of our staff started out with us in kinder, and loved it so much they are now Birthday party staff, Dance assistants, and we love them here!
